Meet Lani,
Principal Registered Psychologist
Lani is a Karratha local and has a vast understanding of the challenges the Pilbara community can face.
Lani has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with core issues such as anxiety and depression. She has also worked with issues such as anger management, stress management, relational issues, neurodiversity (ASD & ADHD), parenting issues, and acute burnout.
Lani's treatment approaches include a trauma informed, client centred focus. Allowing for a unique tailored approach to fostering self-awareness in her clients.
Lani structures psychotherapy using evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused approaches.
Lani enjoys psychological assessment and diagnosis and is practiced in administering and reporting varying psychometric diagnostic tools to assist her clients in achieving answers to their mental health worries.
