Making your first appointment


To make an initial appointment please either;
  • Email through your interest for an appointment, or GP referral (with/without MHTP). 
  • Use the enquiry form below to get in touch. 

What happens next..
Once we receive your email or your website enquiry, you will be forwarded some forms to
complete. Once completed, you will be contacted (either by phone or email) with date and
​time options for your intial appointment with the psychologist.

Why do we prefer email or online enquiry form for contact?
As there are never enough hours in the working day, and we recognise how busy your life can be, email allows us to get back to you sooner than we could should we wait to raise you on the phone between our and your daily obligations.
